Our 7 Mushrooms formula is dairy-free and soy-free. It does contain sprouted purple maize (Zea mays) which is purple corn. There are no ingredients known to contain gluten.

Our mushrooms are processed through a fermentation process that eliminates a major portion of the existing glutamate and concentrates the polysaccharide components of the mushrooms. If you’re concerned about glutamates, please consult with your physician before taking this product.

Yes, 7 Mushrooms capsules contain a powder that can be added to any beverage or food and consumed that way if preferred. You can also open the capsules and add to recipes such as smoothies, puddings, salad dressings, etc.

All of the 7 mushrooms and the other ingredients in our 7 Mushrooms formula are certified organic and the product carries the NOFA-NY Certified Organic seal. Only the actual capsule that holds the powder is not organic. As soon as certified organic capsules become available for use in the supplement industry, we will be moving to organic capsules as well.
